I’m the founder and primary therapist at Roots to Rise Therapy, where I specialize in treating fear-related disorders such as anxiety, phobias, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms. I use evidence based approaches such as ERP, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and IFS parts work to support meaningful, lasting change through the life cycle.
In our work together, we begin with roots, the process of slowing down, strengthening who you are, and reconnecting with your values, your body, and your inner sense of trust. This is where we build safety, self-understanding, and compassion for the parts of you that have been here all along.
From that foundation, we move toward rise, a process of growth, expansion, and aligned action. Here, therapy becomes a space not just for understanding yourself, but for living more fully as yourself. Together, we explore what it looks like to move through life with clarity, intention, and hope.
Roots to Rise is not a linear path - it is a rhythm. The deeper the roots, the more freely you can rise. And the more you rise, the more deeply you return to yourself.
